Seminar on SMART

Ever wondering what is SMART? SMART is an acronym for Stormwater Management and Road Tunnel, a project under the Federal Government initiated to alleviate the flooding problem in the city centre of Kuala Lumpur. The project is implemented through a joint venture pact between MMC Berhad and Gamuda Berhad with the Department of Irrigation And Drainage Malaysia and the Malaysian Highway Authority as the executing government agencies.

Seminar on Megastructure Construction of Stormwater Management and Road Tunnel (SMART) was successfully organized on April 4 at Seminar Room 1, School of Civil Engineering from 2 to 5 pm. Approximately 90 participants have participated this seminar. The seminar was delivered by Mr. Mohd Noor Mohd Ali, the officer from Toll Operations & Public Relations Department.
